MAN PrimeServ and Latsco Ink Cooperation Agreement for Sustainable Vessel Performance

MAN PrimeServ, the after-sales division of MAN Energy Solutions, has partnered with Latsco Marine Management Inc. (LMM). This enhanced engine optimization for LMM’s fleet, including product carriers, crude carriers, and gas carriers. MAN Digital Denmark initiated this cooperation as a part of a broader series of customer-focused partnerships, reports MAN.

Focus on Data Sharing and Engine Performance

The agreement focuses on exchanging data and knowledge, particularly related to the daily operation of engines, engine performance, and maintenance.

A key goal is to ensure reliable engine performance aboard LMM vessels. Regular meetings over 24 months will drive the collaboration to enhance fleet operation efficiency.

Development of Digital Tools

The cooperation will cover the development and testing of various digital products, including software, algorithms, and APIs. These innovations will target optimizing engine performance and improving vessel operations through advanced digital solutions.

Antonios Georgantzis, COO at Latsco Marine Management, representing LMM signed the contract. From MAN Energy Solutions, Stig Holm, Head of Marine and Power Digital Denmark, and Michael Petersen, Senior Vice President and Head of PrimeServ Denmark, formalized the agreement.
