ABS has announced that it has launched new services which clients can use to demonstrate progress towards sustainable operations, reports the website.
3-step sustainability reporting
The classification society said it has developed a ‘straightforward three-step process to simplify sustainability reporting’, and its sustainability specialists are also able to provide sustainability assurance, independently validating an organisation’s environmental, social and governmental (ESG) reporting.
The ABS three-phase process involves understanding the data, then verification and alignment with industry best practice, culminating in a report and presentation to management on key findings.
Marine reporting gaining momentum
