General cargo ship ARKLOW BREEZE went NUC while entering Kiel Canal in Kiel in the morning, en route from Denmark to Marin, Spain, says an article published in Maritime Bulletin.

Understood the ship collided with a quay wall, not clear if in the Lock or in Canal after passing the Lock. The ship was berthed in Canal, Sep 11 she has been moved to Kiel and berthed in port. The ship suffered hull breach or breaches in the bow area, water ingress reported. She’s said to be in need of repairs.
