Georgian sailors rescue 12 crew members of a vessel on the Mediterranean Sea last night after the vessel caught fire, reports Agenda.GE.
No injury reported
All the members of the rescued crew safely boarded the Georgian sailor’s ship, the Arife. It is a dry cargo ship floating under the Panamanian flag.
A total of six Georgian sailors who are employed on the Arife are safe and not injured during the rescue act.
Sailors rescued are the citizens of various nations such as Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Turkey and India.
