As reported by Maritime Bulletin, the bulk transporter suffered a mechanical failure south of Thasos island.

Mechanical failure

Bulk transporter On May 5, while ballasting from Diliskelesi Marmara sea to Nea Karvali, Greece, the YULIA suffered a mechanical failure south of Thasos island in the northern Aegean sea.

According to CG, the ship was pulled to the Nea Karvali (Kavala) anchorage. May 6 was anchored there early in the morning on May 6 and remained anchored as of 1540 UTC.
