Epic Gas Ltd., owns and operates a fleet of 45 modern and high quality fully pressurised gas carriers providing seaborne services for the transportation of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and petrochemicals. This company is based in Singapore.
On September 30th, 2015, the company uncovered the news of sealing the Secured Credit Facility of US$ 120Million for building the remaining seven new vessels. This facility covers nearly 65% of the contract price of the vessels. This has been enclosed in partnership with Coordinator, Agent and Book running Mandated Lead Arranger ABN AMRO Bank, N.V. Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank along with NIBC Bank N.V.
The remaining vessels committed and to be delivered under a bareboat charter to Epic Gas are:
- Three 7,500cbm vessels
- Four 11,000cbm vessels and
- An additional 11,000cbm new building.
