Fratelli Cosulich Group continues its push for environmental responsibility by ordering two new chemical tankers capable of carrying various fuel types. These vessels, scheduled for delivery in the first half of 2026, represent a significant step towards a more sustainable future for maritime shipping.

Designed for Versatility and Sustainability

The new tankers, built by Taizhou Maple Leaf Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., boast a capacity of 7,999 dwt (deadweight tonnage) and are designed with versatility in mind. They can handle a range of cargo options within their tanks, including traditional fuel oil, biofuels, and methanol. This flexibility enhances their utility and caters to the evolving needs of the market.
