A cargo ship that arrived in Victoria from China yesterday had a crew member with mild symptoms, says an article published in 3AW693 NewsTalk.
Man remained in isolation
A crew member on the ship, which arrived at the Port of Hastings late yesterday, has been tested for novel coronavirus after coming down with “mild symptoms”.
A rescue boat was used to safely evacuate the man from the LPG tanker and He remains in isolation. The test results are expected to come through soon.
Did he disembark in China?
Victorian health authorities say there is a low likelihood the man is infected with the virus as he had not disembarked when the ship docked in China.

Australia has confirmed 15 cases of the novel coronavirus –
