Microsoft To Revolutionize the Gaming World

Microsoft will release an Xbox Streaming Stick, says an article published in PCMag.

Games shortage problem

Microsoft may be on the verge of solving the shortage of gaming consoles by eliminating the requirement to purchase one in order to play Xbox games.

No need to purchase separate device

According to GamesBeat’s Jeff Grubb, Microsoft is working on an Xbox streaming device that would provide users access to the Xbox Cloud Gaming service as well as hundreds of console titles.

Because it’s solely a streaming device, a stick or puck-like gadget with Xbox branding is predicted.

If you have a Samsung smart TV, the capability will be available through an app, eliminating the need for a separate device.

Hardware- less important

It may appear like eliminating the need to buy an expensive games console is a step backwards, but Microsoft has been transitioning to subscription gaming and streaming this generation.

Hardware is less crucial than it previously was, and Xbox Games Pass Ultimate appears to be the way of the future for Microsoft.
