A new research finds that adults on a calorie-restricted diet reported better moods, less stress, increased sex drive and better sleep, compared to the adults who didn’t cut their calories.
The Researchers at the Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in their research found that it is the answer, at least to get better sex, deeper sleep and become happier!
Calorie restriction is a diet that reduces calorie intake without incurring malnutrition.
Adults who reduced calories by 25% for two years reported many benefits.
