High court Judge Vipul M Pancholi issued seizure order of PACIFIC GREEN, for its unpaid bunker bill dues to the tune of $197,634 along with an interest at 2%, which is to be added.
The 17600 DWT PACIFIC GREEN is owned by Naru Shipping , South Korea. The legal documents indicate that the claim involves supply of bunkers to the vessel.
The vessel is under arrest and anchored at Mundra Port on India’s west coast. The case will be heard later this week.
