Paris Attacks: Commemoration With A Minute’s Silence

A minute of silence has been held across Europe to commemorate the victims of Friday’s attacks.

Background:

On November 13th, 2015, a series of terrorist attacks occurred in Paris. The deadliest of those attacks took place at the Bataclan theatre, where attackers took hostages before engaging in a stand-off with police which ended at 00:58 on 14 November.  A total of 129 people died, at least 89 in Bataclan theatre,  in the attacks on bars and restaurants, a concert hall and the Stade de France.

Nearly 433 people were admitted in the hospital with injuries sustained in the attack.
