MacGregors has signed a hatch cover contract for six more 14,000 TEU vessels. The vessels are under construction at Japan Marine United’s (JMU) Kure shipyard for an undisclosed Japanese owner. The scheduled delivery of the vessels will be from 2016 through 2018.
The contract signed includes design and delivery of key components and the fabrication of steel structures for the hatch covers.
