According to OECD, developed countries affected by the global financial crisis have the highest level of unemployed graduates. The unemployment rate for the people with third level education is higher in Greece with 19.4%, followed by Spain with 14.9%. And the country with the lowest unemployment rate is Norway with 1.8%, the least of all OECD countries.
