Wärtsilä has launched a novel service portfolio, Wärtsilä Genius services to help its customers to avail and benefit from digitalisation. It is an outcome of profound needs analysis study based on customer and market needs. Under Wärtsilä Genius services, the company is providing three product families – Optimize, Predict and Solve. Its main aim is to optimize customers’ assets in real-time, improve predictability and help solving of issues. The services has been launched with special focus on marine, energy and oil & gas markets.
