Wärtsilä has clinched an order to supply cargo handling and fuel supply systems for four new 40,000 m3 gas carrier vessels. CIMC SinoPacific Offshore & Engineering (SOE) in China is constructing these ships for Norwegian shipowner Avance Gas, reports Wartsila.

Wärtsilä’s cargo handling systems aim to slash operational costs and enhance the Energy Efficiency Design Index (EEDI) of the vessels.
The innovative LPG Fuel Supply System (LFSS) by Wärtsilä enables the use of LPG as fuel, bolstering operational efficiency and environmental sustainability.
