[Watch] China Launches Maiden Indigenous Hybrid Luxury Cruise Ship

According to an article published in Xinhuanet, China’s first homemade hybrid twin-hull luxury cruise ship was delivered in eastern Jiangsu Province.

The ship was built by China Merchants Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. The company adopted the new generation of direct current (DC) electrical propulsion systems to save energy and reduce emissions.

The cruiser will serve tourists in the Greater Bay Area in south China.
