The upbound BBC WESER is raised at Lock 3 on the Welland Canal, April 17, 2017. On her way to Lock 3, WESER passes underneath the Skyway bridge, under the Homer drawbridge, and passes by the downbound OAKGLEN, which had just exited Lock 3. Note how BBC WESER does the wall slide procedure, where she runs at an angle along the pier rub rail, in order to align herself into the lock opening.
