Ana Cecilia was a boat that served humanitarian aid to Cuba, it also tried smuggling in $10 million worth of cocaine into Miami. Border Patrol guys made the bust and donated the ship to Palm Beach County to sink as the latest addition to the 51 other wrecks that lie in their waters.
