Celebrity Cruises is the first cruise line to get a Star Award from Forbes Travel Guide (FTG), as reported by TW.
Ocean cruises
The awards are intended to honour the best resorts, eateries, spas, and, new for this year, ocean cruises, which were featured for the first time in the 65-year history of FTG.
Celebrity Edge and Celebrity Summit gained recommended honours, while Celebrity Apex, Celebrity Flora (shown), and Celebrity Millenium all received star awards.
With the exception of the smaller Galapagos ships, the line’s final 15 ships will be assessed later this year.
Cruise holidays
According to Lisa Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, president and CEO of Celebrity Cruises, “To be star-rated numerous times over is such a tremendous honour from the FTG team. It demonstrates that our visitors actually travel to the best locations in the world when staying at one of our resorts on the water.”
