Cavotec Wins Orders Worth Exceeding EUR 9 Million

A leading ship owner has placed orders with Cavotec for several Alternative Maritime Power(AMP) systems.  A total of six AMPtainers has been ordered, of which, two will be used as mobile units, and the remaining four will be installed on 13,000 teu capacity container vessels.

Other Orders received:

  • Port Yantian placed orders for AMP pit and covers.
  • Yang Ming Line, a shipping firm placed orders for three AMP reels for the retrofit of a vessel. 
  • A major Crane manufacturer placed orders for Cavotec’s APS units for installation on 16 Electric Rubber Tyred Gantry (ERTG) cranes, and a large number of yard connection points for a port in India.

The combined value of the orders received by Cavotec exceeds Eur 9 million.
