THE SHIPPING DECISION MAKERS FORUM consists of 3 closed events (March, May, October) for Forum’s sponsors and distinguished invitees/speakers from Greek and Foreign Shipping Companies, International Shipping Organizations & Embassies and the 22ND NAVIGATOR 2023 – THE SHIPPING DECISION MAKERS FORUM that will take place on Thursday, 9th of November 2023, at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre (SNFCC), 10.00-14.00, where the main points discussed in the closed events will be presented.
Key Issues Discussed
The First Exclusive Roundtable Event was successfully completed on Tuesday 21st of March 2023, at Grand Hyatt Athens, under the theme #BeTheChange. A total of two hundred (200) distinguished executives from across the entire spectrum of the shipping arena took part in the closed roundtable event, where they met and discussed key issues that concern and affect both the industry and our society. The Second Brainstorming Session, was also completed with great success on Thursday 25th of May 2023, at TATOI Club, under the theme #SeaTheChange. A total of 80 distinguished participants, from 40 companies, consisted only of representatives of our sponsors who participated in the closed discussions held on 21st of March 2023 and guests from shipowners/managing Companies, met to discuss about Decarbonisation, the Intersection of Human Performance-Technology and Training, Digitalization and ESG. The Third Closed Event will take place under the theme #MasterTheChange in October 2023.
Navigate The Change
The 22nd Navigator 2023 – The Shipping Decision Makers Forum under the theme #NavigateTheChange will take place on Thursday, 9th of November 2023, in Athens at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre (SNFCC), 10.00-14.00.
This year’s forum will be consisted by the following 3 panels:
- Shipowners’ Panel which will be moderated by Edwin Lampert, Executive Editor / Head of Business Relations – Riviera Maritime Media & Petrospot
- Organizations’ Panel which will be moderated by Despina Panayiotou Theodosiou, CEO – Tototheo Maritime, Immediate Past President – WISTA International, President at Electricity Authority of Cyprus
- Mastering the Tides of Change: Navigating Through Experiments and Dilemmas:which will be moderated by Dorothea Ioannou, CEO – THE AMERICAN P &I CLUB.
