On November 21, a Singapore vessel was reportedly fined for illegal dumping of garbage near the Hainan beach.
What happened?
On December 20, the Singapore vessel ‘Tai Hung San’ was discovered illegally dumping household garbage into the nearby beach waters of Baohujiao Beach in Wenchang City in Southern Hainan Province.
Fined for charges:
The Hakou Maritime safety administration handed over harsh punishment to the owner of the vessel Hua Xin Shipping Private Ltd. The firm was also handed over a fine of 40,000 yuan as penalty for illegal dumping.
